Jose has amassed over 30 years of experience in the finance, healthcare and Hospitality industry.

As the CFO of one the largest healthcare conglomerates in Latin America, he was instrumental in managing the budget and devising financial strategies, while also engaging with various local operations across the region. He is Co-Founder of two commercial banks, and a fully regulated investment firm based in London, specializing in M&A within the private equity landscape of Latin America and Asia.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jose participates in community service as an active Catholic volunteer in his parish in key Biscayne, Florida and for the Archdiocese of Miami, and works with NGOs to support migrants and the homeless, reflecting his commitment to social responsibility.

Jose graduated from Universidad Metropolitana, in Caracas, Venezuela with a dual major B.A in Banking and Management.

Jose holds an MBA from Stern school of Business, NYU with a joint degree from London School of Economics, LSE, UK and École des hautes études commerciales de Paris.

Jose has been married to his wonderful wife for 27 years and together have 2 daughters and a son.

Carlos Reis is our Vice President of Commercial Operations. His main focus is on LATAM, one of the fastest-growing life science markets globally, where he aids one of the largest central labs in the industry. Carlos joined our team at the point of inception and launched commercial operations.

He worked on the growth and development of a new service provider alternative in global transportation and logistics solutions for the Life Science industry. Carlos has been a tremendous asset to our organization.

Carlos brings over 32 years of domestic and international logistics transportation, regional regulatory compliance, and customs management expertise from his previous roles at Marken, MNX Global Logistics, General Electric Power Systems, and Ocasa. He has spent the last 25 years focused on the time-sensitive cold chain logistics field, delivering constant improvement and a culture of operational excellence.
